REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aurivya Lux. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Unopened and sealed (for hygiene reasons, beauty devices cannot be returned once opened)

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with specific return instructions and the return address of our fulfillment partner
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once the return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will process your refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after our fulfillment partner receives and inspects your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping addresses will be provided based on your location and the product's origin.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty devices (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after 14 days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hellovelora.com@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
